  1. What sports can be played at the facility?

    • Our renters play a range of sports including soccer, field hockey, football, rugby, lacrosse, and more. Additionally, we have a private strength training gym on site.

  2. How do I book in to reserve a field?

    • You can book in online on our Live Booking Calendar Page. Just click the time slot you want and follow the prompts

  3. What are your operating hours?

    • Our facility is available for online booking from 6am to 12am every day. We also offer extended late night rentals - please contact us for booking outside of these hours.

  4. What footwear can I wear?

    • Turf shoes are ideal, but you can wear runners, indoor soccer shoes, or outdoor soccer shoes with plastic cleats. All shoes worn on our fields must be CLEAN.

  5. Are there locker rooms and showers available?

    • While we do have change rooms available, we  do not lockers or showers on site. 

  6. Do you offer Birthday Parties?

    • Yes, members can book our fields and our meeting room for birthdays. Food and drink are allowed in the meeting room ONLY. Meeting room must be left clean after your birthday rental has finished.

  7. What safety measures do you have in place?

    • We take safety very seriously. Our facility is equipped with first aid kits and an AED accessible from the field hallways.

  8. Do you have staff on site?

    • All MUSC practices and events will have MUSC staff on site. Outside of this , the MUSC Performance Centre is unstaffed.

  9. How big are your fields?

    • Our fields are regulation futsal sized fields, they each measure 36m by 17m

  10. Is there parking available?

    • Yes, we have ample parking space available both in our parking lot and on the street. Parking is free.

  11. How do I access the facility?

    • The main facility entrance is on the southeast corner of the building, through the door with the MUSC logo. During peak booking hours, the door will be open for you. If you re booked during non-peak times, we will provide you with a code to enter the facility.

  12. What is your cancellation policy for bookings?

    • We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your booking up to two weeks before your scheduled time without penalty. For late cancellations within this time frame, we will work with you to reschedule your booking.
